It is used twice a day, once during the day and once during the night. It is recommended to take the daytime dose 45 minutes before breakfast in 200 ml of hot water and let it steep for 7-8 minutes before drinking. After drinking the tea, drink another glass of water for 45 minutes without eating anything. The nighttime dose is taken 1 hour before dinner. If your appetite persists during the day, the daytime and nighttime doses can be combined and taken in the morning.
